It's weird to be back

Not sure why I've kept this blog all these years, sitting quietly on the web gathering dust and losing meaning. Do people really ever blog anymore? Don't we all have enough public forums to share our thoughts now that the digital diary has outlived it's purpose?

And yet, when I felt myself coming out of my growth phase and into the let's risk things phase, I opened up this old thing and started talking to myself, to you, to the Nothing.

It's been three years of serious internal, spiritual growth, and all I can think to say is, "I have a new cat."
